Tell us about yourself?

I grew up and I am from Dublin city in Ireland.

In my early twenties I started working in a family business in sales at Retail business systems we sold and installed retail pos systems to retailers and to hospitality businesses in Ireland this was my first experience in business selling to customers and interest in new technologies and software .

We were sales agents for Samsung NCR and Epson brands .

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Promote and learn the skills earlier with SEO and growth marketing tactics with a saas business with our webliveview website and app

What problem does your business solve?

The two main challenges webliveview solves for retailers is increasing their websites online sales conversion rates with sales enquires and an increase in higher value sales orders with online customers .

What is the inspiration behind your business?

While researching online a new ip cctv camera with suppliers in taiwan. I came across a mobile head camera used by the military.

I saw a use for the camera with retail sales teams where they could advice customer by live video and give product tours of their retail showrooms .that’s how the idea for the business started

What is your magic sauce?

Webliveview was designed with the help of many retailers at a design and development stage .

During the recent pandemic companies adopted video call appointments with customers with apps like skype, what’s app, and zoom when their store s were closed .

The advantage of webliveview has over these video call apps is the retail customer does not have to create account or download an app to use our service.

Another big difference with other competitor’s apps is our Webliveview sales manager reports.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

Our vision for webliveview is to be the Number one choice sales support app for the top ecommerce retailers sales teams and retail brands in Europe USA Canada and the UK

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

Like any business hiring the right people that share your vision and have the skill to learn quickly and adapt is a must with a new team the right website design that attracts new customer interest and web traffic.

We have just launched webliveview version two which delivers a better message to our target customer ecommerce managers .

How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
