My name is Nani Kobakhidze, and I am the Co-founder and CEO of Linton Group and Linton Academy. I have a diverse career background that includes experience in Human Capital Management, Tourism Management, Environmental Management and Policy, Youth Work, and Volunteering. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that have allowed me to develop a broad range of skills.
In recent years, I have been working as a lecturer, both in Georgia and abroad, covering a range of topics such as environment protection, violence against women, femicide and related challenges, as well as the art and culture of Georgia. This has been a fulfilling experience as it has allowed me to share my knowledge and expertise with others and make a positive impact in the world.
And as for my business partner – Ucha Otinashvili is a Senior Software Development Engineer with more than 13
years of experience focusing on developing high-performance, largescale, distributed web-based enterprise software applications using
expertise in the development of products through the software
lifecycle, from requirements definition through successful deployment.
experience using Agile/SCRUM Methodologies and unit testing in
developing high-quality software products.
He has worked in many private and state organizations. For 5 years he
worked in large international companies (3 years USA, 2 years
Europe), including various HR projects.
Ucha’s responsibilities include: Managing a technical team
