Tell us about yourself?

I have studied international economics and have worked in consulting and business development in the financial industry in Germany. Being strongly connected to eastern European economies I always seen myself as a bridge builder between developed and developing countries. Establishing a framework where a cooperation on an equal footing can take place and thereby enabling digital transformation is a unique business opportunity.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

As an economist I see the scarcity of resources in every situation. Experiencing how digital transformation – especially in developed markets – lacks talent but meanwhile seeing so many great tech companies from all over the world I rather quickly understood that a digital b2b marketplace will solve this important issue.

What is your magic sauce?

Our Scoring Mechanism is our magic sauce.

There are many ways to realize digital transformation: hire internal staff, hire freelancers, collaborate with development partners, etc. Every one of these alternatives is highly time and cost intensive. With our dedicated scoring mechanism, we guarantee the highest quality of our suppliers and thereby decrease the search time and costs to an absolute minimum.

Where do you see your company going in 5 years time?

The leading b2b marketplace for digital business.

What has been your biggest setback so far?

Hiring is tough. When we decided to hire our first employee, we highly underestimated this challenge, and we were forced to cover all tasks which would have been the responsibilities of our new team member. As a result, we now have worked out a special system to be able to hire fast – this will be deployed after our next funding round where we plan to hire at least 5 new employees.

What is the next big challenge for your business?

The first customer promise we have is that we will match every company and digitalization project with the right supplier. We undoubtedly already fulfill this promise. The next promise and thereby our next big challenge is to enable a smooth project management on our platform. For one of our most important target segments, the German speaking SMEs, this promise is crucial.
